People often struggle with change. It’s usually because they don’t have a big enough “Why”. Anthony Robbins would call it “Leverage” – all the pleasure you gain if you do it, plus all the pain you will experience if you don’t.
There’s usually one thing that is really driving us.
Write out your big “Why”
If you ‘re having trouble making a change, write out your big “Why” – the thing that will keep you on track. Put it on a post card somewhere you will see it often – a bathroom mirror, your computer, wherever works best, and see yourself having made the change.
