I’ve developed a Super Simple Task Marking System that anyone can use to track their tasks, get more done, and keep things from falling through the cracks.

Lists have become my secret weapon for keeping on top of things. Beyond the obvious grocery list, I keep a pad of paper on my desk for the Day to Day details that come up. From Ideas, to ToDos, it all gets logged to my pad. Now without further ado, here’s the system that I developed and use every day.

Something that needs to be done gets a circle, the circle gets a check when it is completed, an 'X' if it no longer needs to be done, or an arrow if carried forward to a new list. - ideas may just get a dash or something. Tues Oct 15, 2019 @ 2pm Spoke with John about the project, he is sending over the details.

What is great about this is its simplicity. Of course, you can add your own markings, like numbers for priority, etc. It took me a while to figure out the arrow to carry an item forward to a new list. An arrow says it’s not necessarily been resolved. Look for it on the next page or your pad.
